Service
By booking a dumpster rental or junk removal service with Dumpster Rental Granbury Pro, you agree to the terms below.
Our Services
We provide roll off dumpster rental in sizes from 10 to 40 yards, and junk removal service, across Granbury, TX and Hood County.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing for each dumpster size is stated up front and includes delivery, pickup, disposal, fuel, and tax for the standard 7 day rental window.
Additional charges apply only for weight over the included tons at $100 per ton, extra days beyond the included window at $25 per day, and specific listed items such as refrigerators ($150 for Freon reclamation) and tires ($10 each). No other fees apply unless separately agreed in writing.
Rental Period & Swaps
The standard rental period is 7 days from delivery. Extensions are available at $25 per day. Dumpster swaps for longer projects can be arranged by contacting us directly.
Prohibited Items
Paint, chemicals, motor oil, tires beyond the listed fee, batteries, electronics, refrigerants outside the listed fee, and asbestos containing material are not permitted in rented dumpsters. Additional fees or refused pickup may result from prohibited items placed in the dumpster.
Placement and Permits
Customers are responsible for confirming whether their intended placement location requires a permit, particularly for street placement or delivery within an HOA-governed community. We can advise on known requirements at the time of booking, but final compliance with any permit or HOA rule is the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your delivery date.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dumpster Rental Granbury Pro’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
